Most people prompt AI like a search bar — and get an answer that reads like one. Then they spend twenty minutes fixing it by hand and decide "AI doesn't really work" for this. It's not the model. It's the prompt.

Delivery OS is eight prompts that skip that trial and error. Each one is a complete system:

  • A defined role
  • Required inputs
  • Exact output format
  • A worked example

Built for what actually derails a project — vague contracts, clients who remember it differently, third parties on their own clock, deadlines you never voted on. Feed it what you know. Get back something you can send, not something you have to fix.

$49, once. Use it on every project after.

What you get

  1. Contract and SOW risk review — ambiguous deliverables, missing acceptance criteria, unowned dependencies, ranked with the clause quoted
  2. Kickoff-to-go-live plan — phased backward from go-live with owners and entry/exit criteria
  3. Customer recap generator — the update that documents concerns are being tracked, built from a raw meeting transcript or notes, no status labels or spin
  4. Risk matrix and escalation drafter — scored risks with owners, plus the escalation email that gets a reply
  5. Go-live readiness scorecard — go / go-with-conditions / no-go by workstream
  6. Change request evaluator — in scope or not, and the response that logs it without souring the relationship
  7. Post-go-live handoff — the package support actually reads
  8. PM self-assessment — the two things to change on your next project

Delivered as an instant download: plain-text version of every prompt, the worked examples, a one-file Claude Project setup, and a setup guide for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, including a one-page redaction checklist for working with customer documents.

Free updates whenever a prompt is revised. If it isn't the right fit within 14 days, reply to your receipt for a refund.

About the creator

Delivery OS didn't come from a course or a template pack — it came from years of just building things with AI, over and over, until the habit turned into something worth sharing. I'm a project manager, and prompts became my way of working long before they became a product: websites built across different models, workflows automated because I got curious whether they could be, systems rewritten until they actually held up under real use.

That's also exactly how Sort Of Ish happens. Those AI-generated "fails" aren't accidents — they're prompted into existing on purpose, and getting a model to fail in a specific, funny way takes the same close, deliberate control as getting it to do something right. Most people never get that control. They hit a wall somewhere in between: prompts that are close enough, output that needs constant fixing by hand, no real system behind any of it — just trial and error every time.

Delivery OS is that same control pointed at a real problem instead of a joke: eight prompts built the way I actually build things, handed to any project manager who wants a system that works instead of a template that almost does.
